📌 Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, returns, or size exchanges.

The only time an exchange will be approved is if the issue is clearly due to our mistake, such as:

  1. Receiving the wrong size

  2. Receiving the wrong design

  3. Receiving a defective item

In these rare cases, we will replace the item at no additional cost once the error is verified.

Issues resulting from the customer selecting the wrong size, not reviewing the size chart, or misunderstanding product details are not eligible for exchange.


📌 Customer Responsibility Reminder

By purchasing from Island Clothing, you agree that:

  1. You have reviewed the size chart, product description, and all store policies.

  2. You understand that digital mockups are only visual representations and may slightly differ from the final product.

Failure to read or understand store policies does not exempt you from them.

We provide all information needed to help customers make informed purchasing decisions, and we welcome questions prior to checkout.
